Les bulletins de paie électroniques sont désormais autorisés ! La loi a été votée le 13 mai 2009.
Jusqu’alors, la remise du bulletin de paie devait se faire en mains propres ou par voie postale.
Les employeurs doivent cependant demander l’accord de leurs salariés. Les données devront êtres archivée pendant au moins 5 ans, sous forme papier ou électronique. Et l’employeur devra garantir pendant cette même période l’intégrité des données conservées.
Moins de paperasserie pour les entreprises, cela veut dire aussi moins de coûts !

Bonjour à toutes ! Fin du mois rime avec bulletin de salaire. Si c’est très agréable de voir son compte à nouveau passer dans le vert, ça l’est beaucoup moins en revanche quand il s’agit de décrypter sa fiche de paie. Autant lire un menu en chinois.
Essayons tout de même d’y voir plus clair.
Tout en bas de votre fiche, est inscrit le « net à payer ». C’est le salaire qui vous sera directement versé.
A gauche, on trouve ce qui correspond au salaire différé : ce sont les cotisations salariales et patronales, que vous êtes censées percevoir sous forme de prestations futures. Par exemple, pour la maladie, la maternité, la retraite, ou encore le chômage…
Le salaire brut comprend des rémunérations annexes comme la prime d’ancienneté, les frais de repas, ou encore les frais de transport.
Comment ce salaire est-il calculé ? En fonction de votre poste et de votre convention collective, un coefficient vous correspond. Ce coefficient est d’ailleurs indiqué sur votre fiche de paie. Il augmente en fonction de votre ancienneté et de vos promotions.
Ce coefficient est multiplié par le nombre d’heures de travail effectuées pendant un an. Cela donne une base de salaire annuel : votre employeur peut vous donner plus mais il ne peut pas vous donner moins.
Le salaire brut, c’est aussi le salaire avant les charges sociales et patronales, bien trop longues pour que je vous les énumère toutes. Retenons-en tout de même 2 aux noms barbares : la CSG, et la CRDS.
La Contribution Sociale Généralisée, permet de financer en partie la Sécurité Sociale.
La Contribution pour le Remboursement de la Dette Sociale ou CRDS, permet pour sa part de résorber la dette de la Sécurité Sociale.
Bon à savoir : il est interdit de faire mentionner l’exercice du droit de grève sur une fiche de paie. Ainsi, le non-paiement des heures de grèves sera inscrit sous la mention « absence non-rémunérée ». Interdit aussi de faire apparaitre les fonctions de représentants du personnel.
Enfin, et c’est très important, vous devez conserver à vie vos bulletins de salaire. Ils peuvent vous être utiles pour vous défendre, pour les impôts, ou même pour vos futurs emplois.

Je préfère avoir la forme papier de la fiche de paie par l'employeur, car 5 ans seulement en archive virtuelle ce n'est pas assez. Surtout qu'au moment de la retraite ils nous saoulent avec les fiches de paie etc...
